Summit Petroleum & Energy is the most important summit of the energy sector. Held in the Moon Palace Resort from Nov. 15th to Nov. 17th, 2019 edition’s main subject was the relationship between the key players of Mexico’s Energy sector and both the domestic and foreign Private Sector.

Representatives of the Senate and the federal Chamber of Deputies presented laws and budgets that will drive the growth of the sector.

The application of public policy on security and incentives for investment was the central theme that the governors of the energy-producing states of southeast Mexico presented to national and foreign experts. The summit allowed all of the above topics to be shared with diplomats from various nations interested in learning about investment possibilities and connecting companies from their countries with Mexican partners and Mexico’s governments.

Cancun Airport Transportation provided official Luxury Transportation for many prominent guests of this summit: Ambassadors of Qatar, Kazakhstan, Nigeria and Ukraine in Mexico. To be part of such an event at any level is definitely an enriching experience.

Summit activities included the Energy & Ecology Awards and the recognition of the Energy Leader of the Year in Mexico.

The event culminated with a golf tournament called “Ener and Ecup”. It was organized in one of the most prestigious golf courses worldwide. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, it’s an unbeatable environment that adds an additional opportunity for business networking and public relations.

This summit represented a unique opportunity for the main leaders of the sector to exchange ideas and analyze the trends and scenarios of the new energy policies, generate high-value connections to create business opportunities, and share experiences based mainly on the recently announced opening in the energy sector to private investors.
