Today we focus on music lovers and party seekers, so, in this post, we’ll list some of the most awaited music events in Cancun and Riviera Maya coming for the next dates, from late Dec. 2021 to early Jan. 2022.
NYE Party – Sacbe Beach Shack
Sacbe Beach Stack is a tropical-vibes restaurant where DJs play excellent music live in front of the beach. Located in Marriot Beach Resort Cancun, this hotel restaurant announced its New Year Event where fireworks, a reggae band, fire show, meat and seafood BBQ accompanied by delicious desserts will take place.
Cocktails will be also available, offering a variety of flavors to get in the mood while waiting for the new year to come.
Playing in The Sand – Dead & Company
Dead & Company, a rock band with members of the former Grateful Dead, will come to the Mexican Caribbean, specifically to Moon Palace Resort to present their show literally in the sand.
The band will perform six nights on the beach across two separate event weekends: January 7-10 and 13-16.
Given the popularity of both the band and the venue, tickets are already sold out. So, if you’d wish to live this experience, you may need to find someone willing to negotiate their tickets and reservation.
A good thing to know is that they are taking the necessary steps to let the event be safe in terms of the current global situation.
J-Balvin Neon
The City and Forum Beach will dance at the rhythm of reggaeton from Jan 20 to Jan 23 thanks t J-Balvin and many other prominent artists such as Farruko, who will come to the Caribbean on those dates.
Tickets for the event include access to all the live performances. Buyers will enjoy a night show in The City nightclub and days of shows at the beach.
Day Zero
Day Zero comes back, lighting up Tulum with electronic music on Jan 10. The event will include the presence of amazing DJs in the scene such as Nina Kraviz, The Martinez Brothers, Damian Lazarus, and more.
Party people will meet here to enjoy a night of musical wonder.
Although most tickets have been already sold out, there is still the chance to get XXTRA tickets and General Admission tickets.
Phoenix
Mathame, the music dynamic duo from Italy, will be around the mystical Mayan jungle on this awaited event announced via stories in their official Instagram profile.
Due to their popularity earned by developing harmonic and soul-touching sounds on live Youtube Channels such as Unity Live by Afterlife and Cercle, it will be of no surprise if these tickets also get sold out very soon. If you want to be there, we recommend making your move as soon as possible.
Afterlife 2022
Afterlife brings again their unique concept to Tulum cenotes with two stages welcoming some of the top DJs in the world: Tale of Us, Fideles, Mind Against, Stephan Bodzin, Hunter/Game, Stephan Jolk, and Recondite are just some of them.
