Do children pay the same price as adults when using the transportation?

Yes, every passenger is required to be sitting in its own spot so when using Cancun Airport Transportation, children counts as a passenger.

What happens if accidentally leave one of my belongings in the van?

The company is not responsible for objects left in the vehicles. However we recommend you to contact us by phone as soon as you notice your missing item, since our vans are constantly giving service to different passengers in several locations.

Is my reservation refundable?

You may cancel your reservation with Cancun Airport Transportation up to 12 Hrs prior to the service with no penalty fee. After 12 Hrs. there will be no refunds.

Is it mandatory by the Mexican Government that babies use car seats?

No it is not, however we recommend you request us a baby car sear. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do the drivers speak English?

Are tips mandatory for the driver?

Tips are not mandatory but they are highly recommended. Tip the driver if he helps you with your bags, explains you about the area or leaves you alone if that is what you prefer. Drivers depend HEAVILY on tips, but they know they must earn them, just like waiters.

If my flight arrives early in the morning or late in the night, can I still have a service?

Sure, as long as you make the reservation at least one day in advance so our operations department can make sure there will be a driver waiting for you upon arrival.

What currencies can we use to pay our reservation?

Our prices are in USD but when thru Paypal you can use almost any currency. If you pay cash, we accept USD, CAD and MXN

Are your transfer services Pet friendly?

Cancun Airport Transportation can transport pets as long as they are in there kennel or if is a Guide dog.

Is there enough room in the vans for the luggage?
